Saya (Sayeh) Behnam (pronounced SAW-ya)
Saya has more than 20 years of professional experience in graphic and web design, User Experience (UX), and User Interface design (UI). Her love for illustration and fine art, together with her passion for new technology, helps her present ideas in unique and creative ways.
Having founded Design 4 Future in 2001, Saya Behnam has worked on numerous projects that serve a range of business sectors, including the government and nonprofit and commercial organizations. Among her clients are the U.S. Federal Highway Administration, Department of Defense, the National Air and Space Museum’s Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, Virginia Association of State College and University Purchasing Professionals (VASCUPP), Small Woman and Minority Enterprises (SWaMFest), University of Virginia eBay, George Washington University, the Washington Board of Trade, and many small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Saya has won many awards for her design and fine-art work. She also has written several e-books and articles on User Experience design and the impact of pictures, illustrations, and visual storytelling on the user experience.
